Face towels, towels and bath towels are the formats we produce most often. Individually packed towels, bathrobes, bedding, bath mats, underwear, hair removal supplies and rinse-free bathing are quoted per project under the same programme. A format not listed here can be reviewed against your specification.

MOQ is set per SKU, not per product family. Material, size, colour and packaging artwork each move the starting quantity, and the figure differs between bagged and boxed face towels, towels and bath towels, and non-towel formats such as bath mats or pillowcases. The starting quantity for the format you ask about is written into your quotation; we do not apply one figure across every product line.

Yes! We offer high-quality logo printing on products and packaging. Simply provide your artwork files (AI, PDF, or high-res PNG) and we'll create a proof for your approval before production.

Absolutely. We provide full packaging customization including retail pouches, boxes, labels, and bulk packaging. Our design team can also help you create packaging from scratch.

Production time is confirmed per project in the written quotation. For a private-label project whose specification, sample, final artwork and quantity are approved, the reference is the one published on our FAQ page: about 20 working days at the factory, counted from the later of deposit received and artwork approved, and excluding booking, container loading and transit. Material availability and current scheduling can move it, so the quotation governs rather than a fixed range.

Yes. Sampling before a bulk order is the normal route. How long it takes depends on what you need: an existing format can usually be sent quickly, while a custom sample has to be produced to your specification and printed artwork. We confirm the date when the request is placed, together with courier and destination, because we do not publish a fixed number of days for sampling.

If third-party inspection is required for your project, please raise it during quotation and production planning. The scope, timing, cost and requirements are confirmed per project.

Jaroll manufactures in its own facility in Qingdao — 3,000 m², a team of 28, and a monthly capacity of roughly 50 million towels. The sample you approve and the written specification are what production runs to.

Both, in a clear order. OEM and private-label programmes are the main line: the build is developed or confirmed against your specification and produced under your artwork and label. Wholesale supply is the secondary line, for buyers who order the recorded formats on a repeat basis. Every route is quoted against a confirmed specification, with sampling, artwork, labelling and shipping documents agreed before production.

We can provide a few pieces to a few dozen, depending on the products you’d like to try. The samples are free, but courier charges apply and can be relatively high even for a small shipment.
