Buyer-controlled specification fields are separated from manufacturing steps and from quality-test evidence. Final values are confirmed in the approved SKU or project specification.
Cross-lapping layers the fiber web to adjust fiber orientation. Machine-direction (MD) and cross-direction (CD) strength and wet dimensional stability depend on composition, GSM and processing conditions and must be checked for the selected specification.
Web layers and fiber orientation are selected for the intended application.
Check wet strength under conditions relevant to the intended use.
Evaluate stretch and deformation for the selected specification and test conditions.
Confirm MD/CD tensile strength and tear properties against test results.
These fields work together. A material name or GSM value alone does not establish the finished product’s performance.
| Field | Options or decision | Approval record |
|---|---|---|
| Material | Vis (Rayon), cotton, WP/PET, Vis/PET, Vis/Lyocell, PP or an agreed blend | Composition on the approved specification |
| GSM | Select within the relevant product-family range | Target and tolerance |
| Sheet size | Width and length for the intended use | Finished dimensions and tolerance |
| Surface pattern | Pearl, EF, plain, mesh or an agreed emboss | Named pattern or approved sample |
| Fold and dispensing | Half-fold, quarter-fold or sixth-fold; interfolded only where the product supports it | Fold drawing and dispensing requirement |
| Packaging | Bag, paper box, individual pack or other agreed format | Pack count, artwork and carton specification |
An overview of Jaroll spunlace nonwoven production. Composition and performance are confirmed per SKU and project.
Confirm final composition, availability and suitability for the project, including bamboo fiber where agreed.
Layer the fiber web to adjust fiber orientation and web structure.
High-pressure water jets mechanically entangle the fibers. This process description does not establish that the finished product is chemical-free.
Dry and finish the fabric to the agreed GSM, surface pattern and color, then check quality against the specification.
Convert the product to the agreed dimensions, fold and packaging specification.
Complete control over fiber composition, color, pattern, and weight to match your exact product requirements.
Regenerated cellulose fiber made from plant-derived cellulose. Confirm feel and absorbency for the product specification.
Premium softness with natural breathability
Blend option discussed per application
Cost-effective with excellent absorbency
Enhanced durability with soft feel
Tailored fiber combinations for specific needs
Bamboo fiber is a material option Jaroll can produce and discuss. Final fiber composition, specification, availability, and suitability are confirmed in writing for each SKU/project. The material name alone does not establish environmental, antibacterial, biodegradability, or performance claims.

| Available GSM | Product family | Confirmation required |
|---|---|---|
| 40–100 GSM | Face towels | Product-family option range. Listed product specifications and the approved project specification take precedence. |
| 40–130 GSM | Towels and bath towels, bulk or individually packed | Confirm final GSM with material, dimensions, use and packaging. GSM alone does not establish performance. |

Review quality controlsWhich environmental statements require product-level composition and supporting documents.
Review claim boundariesNo. GSM affects weight and structure, but suitability also depends on material, dimensions, pattern, processing and intended use. Compare approved samples and test results for the selected specification.
No. The 20 cm bagged series can use a half-fold pop-up format. The 30 cm boxed series is quarter-folded, non-interfolded and not designed for pop-up dispensing.
The commercial order should follow an approved written specification and, where required, an approved sample. Any material, size, GSM, fold, packaging or artwork change should be reconfirmed.
