Disposable Face Towels — 20 cm Wide Series

Jaroll is one of the drafting organizations of GB/T 40276-2021, China's national standard for soft nonwoven towels. We have years of face-towel manufacturing experience and have produced private-label face towels for hundreds of brands worldwide. We help buyers choose materials, GSM, texture, folding and packaging, and balance softness with resistance to surface fuzzing. This experience helps avoid common specification and development mistakes. Production follows the approved sample and written specification.

In our face-towel projects, 60–95 GSM is the mainstream range. 80 GSM is a popular choice because it balances absorbency and price. Choose the final GSM together with the material, size, texture and sample performance. Our broader face-towel specification discussion range remains 40–100 GSM, with the final combination confirmed per project.

Choose the 20 cm series for a more compact facial-cleansing or beauty format. Select the exact length from 10, 15, 20, or 22 cm. The 40–100 GSM entries are a discussion range, not a guarantee that every weight works with every size, so material, dimensions, texture, color, piece weight and packaging are confirmed together.

Plain, Pearl, and F textures can be discussed for this series. Compatibility with the selected material and the final texture must be approved with the complete specification and sample.

Choose by contact area, coverage, fold, dispensing method, and pack design. The 20 cm series is more compact and supports pop-up bags; the 30 cm series offers wider coverage with quarter-folded towels in boxes and cannot use pop-up dispensing.

Specify the selected dimensions, GSM, texture, color, fold, unit count, unit pack, artwork, quantity, destination market, channel, and document requirements.

Based on our production experience with towels of the same GSM, cotton has a more textured feel and the highest cost. Viscose feels smoother and softer than cotton. Lyocell feels firmer; its absorbency and lint shedding are similar to viscose. Polyester feels soft and costs less, but absorbs less and is prone to lint shedding. In viscose/polyester blends, increasing the polyester content generally lowers cost and absorbency while making surface fuzzing more likely. The final feel and performance also depend on the blend ratio and spunlace process, so we recommend comparing approved samples before choosing a material.
